Object Description
Rectangular doily with wavey edges. In each corner, there is a flower with four petals. In the middle of the shortest sides, there is another four-petaled flower surrounded by leaves. The middle of the doily is mostly white with two small six-petaled flowers. There are many smaller flowers throughout the design in the border design.
Origin
Doilies are used to protect surfaces and for decoration. They are made by crocheting rows on a grid pattern called filet crochet.
