White leather 2.5 inch high-heeled shoe. Leather in three pieces. Toe piece sewn on visibly to the main leather section just under the arch. White cording lines the top edge of the shoe. White leather lines the inside down until it meets the toepiece. Brown leather sole. Insole is printed with a green logo. Inside an oval it reads "Combination Last high arch narrow heel" . Nexed to this is printed in smaller letters the word "improved" and beneath this word it is stamped with the letters "K Y M" inside a trianglular shape. On the inner side in blue ink are the numbers "362, 2273, 9018," and the number 9 in a circle.
