This blue and white Diadora jersey was worn by Ioannis "Giannis" Kalitzakis while playing for the Greek national soccer team during the group stage of the 1994 World Cup.  Diadora is an Italian company that produces sportswear for cycling, running, rugby, tennis, and soccer. Origin
This is a jersey from the qualifying round of the 1994 World Cup, and corresponds to the shorts that are 1994.3.2. To qualify for the World Cup, Greece had to play five teams in its group, of which the winner and the runner-up would advance. Greece won its group. This was the first time that Greece qualified for the World Cup Finals. The jersey bears the number of Giannis Kalitzakis, who was a Greek football defender. He was nicknamed the "ninja" and he appeared in the World Cup three times.
