The man to the right of him is standing at a podium with a microphone and appears to be speaking. He is wearing glasses, and there is an eye patch covering his left eye. Writing on the back identifies the picture has being from the Greek Parapis[?] Dinner in the 1950's and lists the men as being "Pierre De Mets", "Louis Kuchuris", and "Col Reilly".
