Object Description
A black-and-white photographic print. A group of people is standing on a set of risers on a balcony. The group is mostly women, but there are two men on the far right. Many people in the group are holding books. There are two women facing the group, wither their back to the camera. On of them is standing at a small podium, and the other is sitting at a piano. All of the women are wearing dresses, and the men are wearing suits and ties. There is a railing at the front of the balcony and a decorative window behind the group.
Writing on the back of the photo says:

Origin
This photograph is from the consecration of St. Andrew's in South Bend, Indiana, in 1956. At the time, the church was located on Michigan Avenue, however the congregation is now located on Ironwood Road. This appears to be a photo of the church choir, although the indentities of the individuals are unknown.
