Object Description
Black and white photograph of a young Katsikas Orchestra.

Seems to be a photograph of an older photograph. Thin white border on the very outermost edge of the full photograph. A grey background surrounds the older photograph. The older photograph has its upper left corner missing. Old photograph also seems to have quite a few creases and wear around the edges. The older photograph also has a white border around its actual picture. Along the left side of the white border are the words, "Fratelli Cannata, 1003 S. Halsted St. - Chicago, Ill."

Pictured are 4 young boys playing various instruments. Starting from the left, the young boys play the guitar, the santouri, the violin and the drums. Behind the boys is what seems to be a back drop of an antiquated door alongside some trees and a skyline.
Origin
The Katsikas Orchestra was a band of Greek-Americans who played music to several generations of Greeks throughout the 50's, 60's, and 70's.
