White, single-breasted women's uniform jacket with 3 gold stripes and a 5-point star on each sleeve.

The entire jacket is white and has wide, high-notched lapels and four brass buttons down the front or closure.  A flapped jacket pocket is positioned next to each lapel and slightly above the first brass button.

Encircling each sleeve, about 3 inches above the wrist, are three gold stripes.  There is a single star embroidered on each sleeve above the top stripe.
