Object Description
White cotton pantalettes with openings where the buttocks and back of the thighs would show when worn. at the bottoms of the pant legs, there is decorative embroidery, cut work, and eyelet ruffles, with scalloped embroidered edges
Origin
Handmade by PELAGIA HARRIS, nee CHRISTODOULOU. This pair of white pantalettes were brought to America by Pelagia in 1910 when she emmigrated from Cyprus, the objects were brought in her trunk
