Plaque dedicated ot Christ Ladis in wood frame with blue felt background. It reads :"Congratulations and best wishes Christ Ladis, September 30,1974, your 81st birthday in grateful appreciation for your years of being a friendly helpfuly neighbor your neighbors McInerneys Donegans Hogans.

Donated by Hrisoula Hamal. The award was given to and belonged to her late uncle Christ Ladis, 1974.
