Object Description
A large red flokati rug. The center and the very edge of the rug are red and around the inside of the rug there is a multi-colored border. The border is yellow with slanted blue and purple stripes. The rug is matted from storage but in good condition.
Origin
Donated by Maria Brightly. Made in Paramythia, Thesprotias, Epiros, Greece by Eleni (Hadiou) Dimitriou for her two daughters, Prika and Maria. Circa (1940-1949).
