Object Description
A hand-woven pillowcase made of wool. It is a red wool and the one half has nothing on either side while the other half has a design with a blue and white curvy line as the border. Inside of that there is another border of pink, yellow, green, and blue shapes. In the middle there are pink flowers, pink roses, and blue flowers with green and yellow leaves. Under that there is a thick black cruved design with a purple flower enclosed on the two sides and a semi-circle in the middle. In the black there is blue and white dots.
Origin
Hand-made by the great great grandmother of the donor in Greece. Made of local wool and with a loom.

Item is unique because it is a vibrant red tapestry, something that is not normally created by Greeks.
